60 minutes of direct hands-on bodywork. Meant for quick full body relaxation, targeted pain/muscle work, general maintenance, or somewhere in between. Ideal for any audience! Perfect amount of time for massage newcomers, experts, or anyone who wants to test out my skillset.

90 minutes of direct hands-on bodywork. Perfect for the person that knows 60 minutes isn't quite enough time for them. Meant for multiple targeted areas of the body, while still being able to provide therapeutic massage to the non-targeted areas, OR for the person who wants a full-body massage with more time spent in each area (compared to the 60 min).

120 minutes of direct hands-on bodywork. Meant for people with chronic myofascial pain, significant full body tension, athletes, weightlifters, or anyone who knows that 90 minutes isn't enough time. Not ideal for massage newcomers or if you are looking for just relaxation/stress relief.
